I have been coming to see Dr. Freeman for 7 years and I love this office!!! This office is I. A good location and I feel safe coming here. The staff is friendly and they always remember me. I love the care I receive and the conversations on the way out with the lovely Randi ❤️. The office is so clean and I can literally take a nap during my cleanings because of the gentle service provided. Chau is a great hygienist . Dr. Freeman is the best dentist I have ever had in Atlanta, having lived here for 14 years. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!!!

I recently visited this dental office for the first time to have a cleaning and general check-up. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. The dental hygienists who performed the cleaning were thorough and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Following the cleaning, Dr. Freeman provided a comprehensive examination. He was not only highly professional and efficient but also made sure to explain each step of the procedure, adding to my comfort level. Throughout my visit, I consistently felt well-cared for and at ease.

The entire staff, from check-in to check-out, is extremely friendly and helpful. The dental assistants are perfect, Dr Freeman is an ideal dentist, they are all prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. A great experience always. Been coming for 7+ years, even after moving out of a "convenient" radius. Highly recommend.

Been coming for years and it's actually an enjoyable pleasure. (Who says that about the dentist?!) Efficient (45 minute cleaning), professional, personable, and no ridiculous up sales. Even a Keurig drink before you leave! I refer everyone I know.

I must say this is the best dentist office I have ever experienced in my life. The hygienist was so gentle, caring, and concern afterwards the dentist rechecked everything they did not try to give me services that I didn’t really need as prior experiences before I must admit, my last Dental experience with GREAT EXPRESSIONS was absolutely horrific and I would never go there again ATLANTA DENTISTRY by DESIGN is the best. I am a patient for life.

I had a great experience here. I was able to book online directly within 3 days and input all my insurance, contact etc information online which made it very convenient for when I arrived there. The receptionist was very kind and helped me find my parking ticket at the end of my visit. My dental hygienist was really great. I didn’t catch her name but she was extremely gentle doing my X-rays and flossing. She was very thorough with the rest of my cleaning and great to chat with before my appointment. She gave me mouthwash and was great about rinsing my mouth the whole cleaning and let me rinse after. She also gave me a warm towel to wash up with and a chapstick to moisturize with after. The lobby also has a Starbucks self serve machine with different roasts and flavors. Great for morning appointments! The team makes sure to validate your parking when you leave too. So I felt very taken care of.

Clean facilities, nice/kind reception staff - especially the one who faces the front door. Not a long wait, not too long of a service, but long enough to feel like they are actually cleaning my teeth well. I like that they give me information about services that I could use and why, but I don't feel uncomfortably pressured to purchase additional services right away. I like that they show me pictures of my problem teeth, and I like that they validate parking. Overall, I feel safe and taken care of.

I’ve been a patient for 3+ years and have never been disappointed. Scheduling is easy and hassle-free, both for annual/non-emergent and for emergent needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable across the board. Technology in the office is innovative and seems to make each visit more efficient. Best of all, treatment recommendations are to-the-point and based on need - no upselling or sales tactics.

I always get such great care at Atlanta Dentistry by Design. Front desk staff are always so kind and helpful. Hygienist(s) are kind and non judgey!

I always have a pleasant experience here. My dental assistant always remembers i can’t endure the high pitch sounds and scraping during the cleaning bother me so she lets me turn up my headphones while she cleans. I appreciate the care and she’s found ways to communicate with me when I can’t hear her. Thank you!

I love it here. My hygienist, Chau, is the best! She is thorough, knowledgeable, personable and kind. She is truly passionate about her work and does a great, thorough cleaning. Got referred from Reddit and went for my first time today. By FAR the best cleaning I've ever had. I keep decent care of my teeth but I still had some trepidation coming today. From the moment I got there they made me feel comfortable from the receptionist, to my technician and my brief encounter with the Dentist. Would absolutely recommend, and already rebooked my cleaning for next year!

Never would I have dreamed going to the dentist would be an enjoyable experience but I was wrong. I found Atlanta Dentistry By Design in my network and decided to give them a shot. When I arrived I was met with a smile from the ladies at the front desk and Journey's Don't stop believing playing on the PA. I literally stopped dead in my tracks and said out loud, I'm in the right place. I needed a crown in a big hurry and Dr. Freeman delivered it in one visit. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Freeman and the practice he has built with the help of some very caring and competent people. If you are looking for a dentist look no further!

I had a wonderful first appointment as a new patient. The hygienist was very kind, gentle, and thorough. Friendly office staff, and they validate parking! I’ll definitely be back and send friends their way.

Visited for the first time today. Really nice facility, and my hygienist was so professional...a huge difference from my past dentist offices. Got lots of great tips and overall really impressed.

First of all I am the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I needed a crown and was so frightened! Dr. Freeman and the staff calmed me down and it WAS NOT what I thought. The only discomfort was the shot but the procedure wasn't at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Freeman!!!

Dr Paul Freeman is Awesome and his staff is the best Suzanne at the front desk helped me with my secondary insurance claim and they didn’t have too, and they always have my teeth right, if you are looking for a great dentist office this is the one!!!
