Practicing safe infection control protocols

We are using a product, Colgate Peroxyl mouth rinse, that is 1.5% peroxide. Our hygienist are having patients gargle Peroxyl at the beginning of the appointment for 60 seconds and again after the appointment.  At this time, the ADA and CDC are only recommending peroxide to destroy the virus.
